Andrew Lasky
Andrew Lasky is a high-performing commercial real estate advisor and investor who owns over 36,000 square feet of income-producing commercial real estate. Andrew launched his career in medical device sales where he helped physicians expand their service lines and improve patient outcomes, which gave him deep insight into the challenges and opportunities doctors face in running a practice. While thriving in sales, Andrew began building a real estate portfolio on the side acquiring over 50 residential doors in just five years. He later transitioned into commercial real estate, focusing on asset classes like retail, medical office, and multifamily. Having spent years supporting doctors grow their practices, Andrew now continues to serve them by advising them how to lease or purchase medical office space strategically to support their growth and financial future.
Andrew also hosts a sales-focused podcast where he shares strategies on closing big deals, leveling up in sales, and using commission income to create lasting financial freedom through smart real estate investing. What started as casual advice to friends in the field has grown into a full-blown mission: helping other high-income sales professionals invest in commercial real estate so they can build wealth without stepping away from the careers they’ve worked so hard to build.
Lawrence Kutsovsky
Lawrence began his professional journey in the healthcare Tech sector before discovering his passion for real estate investing in 2017. Combining his strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics, he quickly made a name for himself as a savvy investor.
His expertise spans both residential and commercial real estate markets, including emerging opportunities in short-term rentals. This diverse experience paved the way for his transition to real estate brokerage in 2022, where he has since helped clients navigate traditional transactions as well as evolving market trends. His commitment to fully understanding each client's unique goals and delivering tailored, strategic solutions has resulted in a track record of successful ventures.
